Our story began in 1959 when Nanyang Sauce was founded by Mr Tan Tiong How. Brewing artisanal soya sauce is a work of art. One that is appreciated by only the discerning. Nanyang Chicken is an experiential channel to sample the difference that Nanyang Sauce can bring to cooking.
