Naturally fermented the traditional way in the sun for 9 months, Nanyang Sauce has been brewing artisanal soya sauce in Singapore since 1959. Using 100% Non-GMO Soya beans from Canada, each bottle of sauce is brewed to a secret family recipe.
This Nanyang Virgin light soya sauce (aged 12 months) is our very first brew. In addition to the 9 months of fermentation, each drop of sauce is aged for an additional 12 months. Extra Rich in complexity, Taste the difference in your cooking because a good sauce carries a dish!
